License Agreement

By purchasing and downloading our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Personal Use License
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products for personal use only. This allows you to enhance your own photos and creative projects, but the usage is limited to non-commercial purposes.

2. Commercial Use License
You are permitted to sell the edited photos (end products) that have been enhanced using our products. In other words, once you’ve applied our products to your images and created a final, edited photo, you can sell that image (the end product) in any format—prints, digital downloads, or as part of a paid project. However, the products themselves (the presets or files) cannot be sold, redistributed, or shared in any form, whether modified or unmodified.

3. Ownership & Copyright
All products are the intellectual property of PresetLux. Purchasing our products gives you the right to use them for the purpose described here, but it does not transfer ownership. The products are protected by copyright law, and you are granted a license to use them under these terms, not ownership.

4. Redistribution and Resale of Products
You are strictly prohibited from redistributing, reselling, or sharing our products—even if you’ve modified them. The products must remain private and are only for use on your own photos. This means you can’t sell, give away, or upload the products to any platform, including file-sharing sites, social media, or other channels.

5. Modifications
You are free to modify the products to suit your personal or commercial needs, but you cannot resell or distribute the modified versions of the products. The final, edited photos (the end products) are yours to sell, but the original products must remain your own creation, not something you profit from directly.

6. Support
We provide customer support for installing and using our products. If you have questions or need help getting started, feel free to reach out via email at help.presetlux@gmail.com. We’re happy to assist you to ensure you get the most out of your purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability
PresetLux is not liable for any issues, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our products. By purchasing and using our products, you take full responsibility for how they are applied and any outcomes (good or bad) that arise from their use.
